Wedding/Event Coordinating:
    Lasting Events will assist you from start to finish, if that is your wish. You get an organized list with the vendors names and phone numbers. As you place your orders, we confirm and communicate with them to deliver what you ordered on time. We act as directors at the rehearsal and help everyone do what they are suppose to do on your special day. Lasting Events is with you from the beginning until the last guest leaves, if you wish. We will get the bridal party in order, cue them when to walk down the aisle and open the doors for the bride. When the ceremony is over we’ll be at the reception to direct your personal instructions. Of course you’ll be advised of protocol at every step of the day.  When it is time for the bridal party to make their entrance we get everyone together and let the announcer know you are ready to come in. We do a time schedule for the entire event. You will get in everything that you have planned for. If a problem arises we’ll handle it. You and your guest can focus on the fun. We stay until the last guest has left and we make sure everything is back in order. We will try and make this the most perfect day for you as possible.

Floral Design:
    From the bridal bouquet to the centerpieces we custom make each one to compliment your colors style and instructions. Lasting Events can design or create a special look just for you or bring us a picture and we will recreate that look for you. Lasting Events specialize in silks, dried and artificial arrangements.

Decorating: 
    Lasting Events will decorate any wedding/event/reception site as you have planned. Give us artistic freedom and let us design, create and decorate your party for you. We also design and create seasonal home decor.

Rentals: 
    We will rent many of the more expensive items. Dance floor, tables, chairs, & tents just to name a few. If you have any special requests, we will find a source for you.

Basic Wedding Assistance Package
    • Meet w/ clients 1 month prior  to event to  gather all
      vendor, reception, ceremony  itineraries and  organize all
      event details.
    • Assist w/ ceremony and reception site set-up and tear
       down. 
    • Attend & assist w/ any rehearsal events.        
    • Create & execute wedding day itinerary including
       ceremony and reception details as discussed w/
       clients.

Partial Plan Wedding Package
     • Meet w/ clients 6 months prior to event to assist with
        any outstanding details and organization of   all event
        details.
     • Conduct vendor and venue check-up’s, contract 
       evaluations and payment schedule.
     • Provide client with a checklist and advice on proper 
     wedding etiquette.
     • Follow-up meeting  w/ clients 1 month prior  to event to 
       discuss and create reception, ceremony  itineraries and any 
       other details before event day.
     • Assist w/ ceremony and reception site set-up and tear 
       down. 
     • Attend & assist w/ any rehearsal events.
     • Execute wedding day itinerary including  ceremony and
       reception details as discussed w/clients.

Full Service Planning Package
     • Meet w/ clients after engagement to assist and advise 
       client with all event details selection and organization.
     •Assist client with the wedding budget, style, design,   
       vendor and venue selection etc.
     • Set-up and attend all vendor meetings.
     • Provide client with progress reports.
     • Plus all services offered in the Partial Plan Package.
